Shipping + Handling
Earthbound Elements For Earthwork LLC® uses USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail for all shipments of product in the United States only. USPS Ground Advantage takes 2-5 business days to arrive. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive. We will ship orders out no later than 3 business days after the purchase unless the quantity does not meet in stock inventory.

Every customer will receive an e-mail confirming their shipment with an attached invoice and tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen product goods.

Returns
Earthbound Elements For Earthwork LLC® strives to ensure quality product, services and membership subscriptions to satisfaction to all of our customers. Customer service is our number one priority.
All exclusive paid memberships subscriptions to the Community Plat-Forums For Earthwork, operated by Earthbound Elements For Earthwork LLC® are sold as digital, subscription-based services and not as tangible goods, therefore, all exclusive paid membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed and access to the Community Plat-Forums For Earthwork has been granted. The exclusive paid members receive access to proprietary digital content, community resources and exclusive materials upon enrollment and an approval process with a registered username and password, no returns, partial refunds, or website credits will be issued for unused time, lack of participation, dissatisfaction or early cancellation. Members may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle to prevent future charges, however, cancellation does not entitle the member to a refund of previously paid fees and access will continue through the end of the current paid term. In the event of duplicate billing or verified processing errors, Earthbound Elements For Earthwork LLC® will review and, if appropriate, issue corrections or refunds at its sole discretion. Earthbound Elements For Earthwork LLC® reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
If a product good does not meet satisfaction or if it is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product.
If you are returning product goods, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product good has been damaged during shipment or if the wrong product good has been shipped in error. We strongly advise return shipments with a tracking number, as we will not take responsibility for any lost product good.
Candles must be unburned to receive a refund or replacement.
Due to the nature of some of our product goods and services, all audio/video, community and any other digital services sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Please review all product and service details carefully before purchasing.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines. All sales are non-refundable.

Purchases of Dayna Lee’s book, Trust Your Path to Be, are subject to the refund policies of the distributor through which the book was purchased.

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of services, sessions, workshops, digital products and spiritual development offerings are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:

Once a service is booked or a product is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind or unmet expectations.

2. Appointment Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are considered a late cancellation and the service fee is forfeited.

3. Rescheduling Policy
One re-schedule may be granted as a courtesy with proper notice (24+ hours). Additional reschedule requests may be denied at our discretion.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a session:
○ Your session will still end at the scheduled time
○ Missed time will not be refunded or extended

5. Technical Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and working device for virtual sessions. If a client experiences technical difficulties on their end, the session time may be reduced and is not refundable.

6. Energetic + Spiritual Nature of Services
Spiritual and intuitive services involve energetic preparation and reserved time that cannot be re-sold. By booking, you acknowledge the subjective nature of these services and agree that outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Products
Physical products may only be replaced if damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product.

8. Chargebacks + Payment Disputes
Initiating a charge back or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service + Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to provide this agreement, booking records and communication history to financial institutions to contest disputes.

9. Changes of Shipping + Returns
We may update the Shipping + Returns at any time. If you continue to use the website it constitutes acceptance of any changes. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
