Shipping + Handling
Earthbound Elements For Earthwork LLC® uses USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail for all shipments of product in the United States only. USPS Ground Advantage takes 2-5 business days to arrive. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1-3 business days to arrive. We will ship orders out no later than 3 business days after the purchase unless the quantity does not meet in stock inventory.
Every customer will receive an e-mail confirming their shipment with an attached invoice and tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen product.
Returns
Earthbound Elements For Earthwork LLC® strives to ensure quality product, services and satisfaction to all of our customers. Customer service is our number one priority.
If product does not meet satisfaction or if it is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product.
If you are returning product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has been damaged during shipment or if the wrong product has been shipped in error. We strongly advise return shipments with a tracking number, as we will not take responsibility for lost product.
Candles must be unburned to receive a refund or replacement.
Due to the nature of some of our products, all audio and digital service sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines. All sales are final.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases of services, sessions, workshops, digital products and spiritual development offerings are non-refundable.
This includes but is not limited to:
○ Psychic and intuitive readings
○ Mediumship sessions
○ Spiritual mentoring
○ Workshops and classes
○ Spiritual development
○ Books, writings and educational materials
○ Spiritual tools and products
○ Psychic and intuitive readings
○ Digital downloads, recordings or written materials
Once a service is booked or a product is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind or unmet expectations.
2. Appointment Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are considered a late cancellation and the session fee is forfeited. No shows are non-refundable and will be given one opportunity to reschedule.
3. Rescheduling Policy
One reschedule may be granted as a courtesy with proper notice (24+ hours). Additional reschedule requests may be denied at our discretion.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a session:
○ Your session will still end at the scheduled time
○ Missed time will not be refunded or extended
5. Technical Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and working device for virtual sessions. If a client experiences technical difficulties on their end, the session time may be reduced and is not refundable.
6. Energetic + Spiritual Nature of Services
Spiritual and intuitive services involve energetic preparation and reserved time that cannot be re-sold. By booking, you acknowledge the subjective nature of these services and agree that outcomes are not guaranteed.
7. Products
Physical products may only be replaced if damaged during shipping and reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product.
8. Chargebacks + Payment Disputes
Initiating a charge back or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy constitutes a violation of these terms + conditions. We reserve the right to provide this agreement, booking records and communication history to financial institutions to contest disputes.
